We offer free delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For now, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

1 to 3 working days is the average delivery times according to our delivery records. The final delivery times depends on the destination address.

We use the Paquetería Estandar service from Correos, the first mail company in Spain.

That's the idea! Just enter the recipient's address during checkout, and we'll take care of the shipping. Do not forget to add your personal message, which we'll handwrite in the included card for a unique and special touch.

Absolutely! At the moment, we offer several ways to personalise your treat box:

1. By choosing the gifts you’d like to include based on your preferences and those of the person receiving it. This can be achieved with our build your own box service.

2. By including a personalised photo. You can choose a gift box that includes a photo or add one when building your own box.

3. By adding a special message to the greeting card, which is included free with every box. Simply choose the perfect card for the occasion, leave your message, and we’ll handwrite it for you, adding a personal and heartfelt touch that makes your gift even more special.

All our gift boxes include a greeting card where we'll include your message. Just enter your words in the text box above the 'add to cart' button. When preparing your order we'll handwrite it in the card for a warm and special touch.

Yes, we do. We write down all messages by hand, one by one, in every order's greeting card. We truly believe that the small details make a huge difference.

Yes, you can. If you want to receive the gift box yourself and hand it over in person, just leave the message text box blank. The box itself is not sealed and there is an easy access to greeting card. Simply open the lid, take the card, write down your message, put the card back and close the lid. Done.

At the moment, we do not offer scheduled deliveries. We can estimate delivery times as accurately as possible based on previous orders, but ultimately, delivery depends on the courier company.

That said, you can always place your order in advance and request a “Do not open until” sticker with your chosen date. This way, you can send your gift box ahead of time and make sure it won’t be opened until the special day.

No problem at all! You can place an order to be delivered to any address within Spain.

With lots of care! All our treat boxes are hand-wrapped using kraft cardboard, tissue paper, shredded paper filler, and satin ribbon, carefully arranged to create a beautiful and thoughtful presentation.

At the same time, we make sure every box is securely packed so it arrives in perfect condition and makes the best impression when opened.
