Return policy
We offer a returns and refund policy so you can shop with peace of mind, and make use of it if you change your mind or if there is any issue with the product received. However, there are a number of conditions that must be taken into account before making a return.
1. Return period
Our return period is 28 calendar days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you must notify us by email within the first 14 calendar days of your intention to make a return, and we must receive the product within the 28-day period. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Orders returned due to failed delivery
If an order is returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts and the collection period at their office has expired, the order will be treated in the same way and the same exceptions will apply as with a standard return.
3. Proof of purchase
To process your return, we require the following information: full name, order number and the reason for the return. In some cases, we may request photos of the product and its items as part of the return process. If the required information is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the return.
4. Return authorisation
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the product has been received, we will notify you of its arrival. After inspecting the item, we will inform you whether the refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised items
- Postcards with handwritten messages
- Earrings
- Edible or perishable products
6. Shipping costs
The shipping costs of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault in the product or an error in our service.
