Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

This means that, for the time being, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping Service

We use Correos Paquetería Estándar Service (Standard Parcel Delivery) for shipping and delivery. This service has an estimated delivery time of 48–72 hours across Spain, depending on the destination and the time the parcel is accepted by the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, the average delivery time based on our own shipping history is 24–72 business hours. Final delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.

We are still a small business, but we are working to offer additional services soon, such as express delivery and international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check your order status. Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contacto@alegraboxes.es, including your name and order number, so we can investigate.

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Address

To ensure a successful delivery, it is essential that the shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. An incomplete or incorrect shipping address may cause delays and additional charges.

Please carefully review the following details before confirming your order:

  • Street name and number

  • Apartment / floor / staircase / door (if applicable)

  • Postal code

  • Town / city and province

Incomplete Address

If the shipping address is missing important details such as street number, floor, staircase, apartment number, etc., and this prevents successful delivery, additional arrangements with the carrier may be required, which may result in delivery delays.

In such cases, the shipping company may apply additional handling charges, which will be passed on to the customer.

Incorrect Postal Code

Correcting an incorrect postal code may not only delay delivery but may also require a destination change. The carrier considers this a new shipment due to address change.

Alegra Treat Boxes is not responsible for any costs arising from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email to verify that the address is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is processed and shipped.

Orders Without a Delivery Address

For privacy and data protection reasons, we do not accept orders where the recipient’s delivery address has not been provided by the purchaser at the time of checkout.

We do not contact recipients to request postal addresses, nor do we arrange deliveries based solely on phone numbers, social media accounts, or other contact details.

This policy is in place to protect the privacy and safety of everyone involved.

If you wish to send a surprise gift, please ensure you have a valid and complete delivery address in advance.

Scheduled Deliveries

We currently do not offer scheduled deliveries and cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

All shipments are handled through Correos. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery management depends entirely on Correos and their distribution routes and delivery schedules.

For this reason, it is not possible to select a specific delivery date or request delivery within a particular time slot.

We recommend ensuring the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order during the estimated delivery period.

PO Box Deliveries

Correos Standard Shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes.
